Kiwi DJ Services Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Kiwi DJ Services Facebook Competition (the "Competition") is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18 and over, except employees or relatives of employees of Kiwi DJ Services.
Entry Method: To enter the Competition, participants must like the Kiwi DJ Services Facebook page and comment on the designated competition post during the entry period specified in the post.
Entry Period: The entry period for the Competition will be clearly stated in the Facebook post.
Prize: The prize consists of booking a Kiwi DJ Services DJ for an event. The total value of the prize is limited to NZ$1,500. If the winner books an event that exceeds this amount, they will receive a NZ$1,500 discount on the total booking cost.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries at 5pm (NZDT) 8 December 2023 and announced on the Kiwi DJ Services Facebook page within 2 days of the entry deadline.
Claiming the Prize: The winner will be contacted through Facebook and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Booking Details: The booking of the DJ service is subject to availability and must be made at least 1 calendar month in advance of the event date. The winner has until 7pm (NZDT) 29 February 2024 to make a booking. Failure to book within this time will forfeit the prize. The winner must comply with Kiwi DJ Services' booking terms and conditions.
Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Kiwi DJ Services reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to be fraudulent or not in compliance with these terms and conditions. The company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition in the event of technical difficulties or any other circumstances beyond its control.
Release of Liability: By participating in the Competition, entrants release Kiwi DJ Services and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to the Competition or the prize.
Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Promoter: The promoter of this Competition is Kiwi DJ Services.
